I have never understood the State of the Union addresses. They have so much time to do all these policies yet each year they have a ton of new ideas. Instead of wasting time giving this bullshit speech lets try implementing their ideas. Do they not think of these until the day before the speech or something or do they just not put these ideas in to practice so they have something to talk about at the next SOTU? Shut the fuck up and do what you say you are going to do.
